At PWR Bikes, our Terms and Conditions are simple. Please read these carefully to make sure you understand and agree to these before purchasing. Please contact us if you need any more information or clarification on anything.

Definitions

"PWR Bikes", "us","we" refers to our company, website and social media accounts.

"Customer", "user", "you" refers to anyone engaging with our services

"Products", "items" refers to our bike range and accessories/spare parts

Purchasing

Customers must be over the age of 18 yrs old to purchase,  we reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel customer is under age and insufficient I.D isn't provided.

Usage

Bikes are designed for kids aged 2 yrs to 15 yrs, parental supervision is highly recommended. Strictly private property use or approved off road riding areas only. As these bikes are not pedal assisted, there are restrictions for use on public roads, pathways and parks. Please ensure you read the relevant information in your local area before riding our bikes. 

Payments

Payments are to be made via our PWR Bikes website. If purchases are in person ( in Brisbane only ) payments can be made via cash, direct debit or eftpos. Invoices will be emailed upon payment received for tax and warranty purposes. All priced advertised are inclusive of GST (10%) and in Australian (AUD) Currency.

Pictures & Content

Whilst all care is taken for our photo/video, colours may differ slightly depending on what device and settings you are using. If you'd like any other photos before purchasing, please contact the team for more detailed photos. Frame stickers are cleared over at the manufacturer and therefore aren't removable.

Shipping

We use Australian Road Transport Courier services across Australia. Unfortunately we cannot control delivery times and will not be held liable as these are run by third party companies. However we will supply you with all the details necessary so your order can be tracked, Links will be supplied from Third Party websites
