Is there a problem ? Let's get to the bottom of it quickly and stress free.

Returns are unfortunately not available for change of mind. You have 7 days from delivered date to advise PWR Bikes of any issues or concerns you have regarding your purchase.

Return Eligibility

• item must be in an unused condition
• item must be in the original box
• items such tooling, assembly parts and packaging must also be included
• must have invoice number

Process

In order to process your return quickly, please email us the following

• Name
• Address
• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address
• Invoice Number
• Reason for Return
• Attach Photos of Damage or Fault

Once we have received the item, item will be inspected. We will notify you the refund process is underway. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving. Once completed, you'll be notified and the refund will take place, please allow 5-7 business days for this to process depending on your banking institution and email will be sent for confirmation.

If item has been used, parts are missing or items damaged, we reserve the right to issue a 20% restocking fee or reject the item ( worst case scenario )

Shipping

The customer will be responsible for these costs, unless the item was delivered faulty. We recommend using a courier company with tracking and insurance.
